What to include

If you are reporting a scan issue, include your device type, app version, and what went wrong. Do not send sensitive medical information. Menu text can miss ingredients, so ask restaurant staff to confirm before ordering.

Subscriptions

Use Restore Purchases in the app if RelishCue Pro does not unlock after purchase.

For iPhone, manage or cancel your subscription in Apple subscription settings. Deleting RelishCue does not cancel your subscription.

For Android, manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play subscriptions.
