Acceptance

By using RelishCue, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app, website, or services.

Relationship to platform terms

If you downloaded RelishCue from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app license unless RelishCue provides a valid custom EULA. These RelishCue Terms govern RelishCue's services, features, subscriptions, website, backend, and content.

If you downloaded RelishCue from Google Play, Google Play's applicable terms and billing rules also apply. These RelishCue Terms are between you and RelishCue, not Google.

Website use is governed by these Terms.

Using RelishCue

RelishCue helps you scan menus, understand dishes, compare options, and ask better questions. You are responsible for ordering decisions.

RelishCue is informational only.

Food and important dietary decisions

RelishCue is not medical, nutrition, allergy, food handling, religious-compliance, or professional advice. Menu photos, OCR, translations, restaurant descriptions, and AI or model outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.

You must confirm ingredients, preparation, cross-contact, allergens, and suitability with restaurant staff before ordering, especially for allergies, medical needs, pregnancy, religious restrictions, or other important dietary requirements.

AI outputs

RelishCue may use automated or AI systems to analyze menu content and generate suggestions. Outputs are probabilistic and informational, and may be inaccurate.

Do not rely on outputs as the only basis for important food decisions.

Free plan and Pro preview

Free users may have monthly scan limits, lower menu or page limits, and limited saved history.

The 7 day Pro Preview is handled inside RelishCue app logic. It is not an Apple App Store subscription trial and not a Google Play subscription trial. When the preview ends, the app returns to the free plan unless you purchase RelishCue Pro.

RelishCue Pro subscriptions

RelishCue Pro may include more scans, higher page or menu limits, longer saved history, and other features. Exact features may change.

iOS subscriptions may be purchased through the Apple App Store. Android subscriptions, when offered through the app, use Google Play billing and Google Play rules.

Prices, billing periods, taxes, renewal details, and cancellation options are shown in the applicable store purchase flow.

For Apple purchases, Apple handles billing, payment method, subscription management, cancellations, and refunds according to Apple's policies. Manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings.

For Google Play purchases, Google Play handles billing, payment method, subscription management, cancellations, and refunds according to Google Play's policies. Manage or cancel through Google Play subscriptions.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal deadline shown by the applicable store.

Menu photos and content

You should only upload menu photos or related restaurant materials that you have permission to use. Do not upload sensitive personal information, payment cards, IDs, or private documents.

You keep your rights to uploaded content. You grant RelishCue a limited license to host, process, transmit, analyze, display, create outputs from, troubleshoot, protect, and improve RelishCue using uploaded content, only as needed to operate and improve the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse RelishCue, abuse the service, use it unlawfully, try to disrupt the service, scrape the service, reverse engineer private systems, probe security, commit fraud, bypass limits, or upload content that violates others' rights.

Ownership

RelishCue owns the app, website, software, designs, branding, service, and generated product experience, except for user-owned uploaded content and third-party materials.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app and service.

Third-party services

RelishCue may rely on platform stores, cloud hosting, AI, OCR and menu analysis, purchase and subscription management, diagnostics, crash or error monitoring, and support providers. Third-party services may have their own terms.

Availability and changes

RelishCue is evolving. Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change.

RelishCue may suspend or limit access for abuse, fraud, legal or compliance reasons, security, or service protection.

No warranty

RelishCue is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. RelishCue does not promise accuracy, availability, uninterrupted service, or that menu results will be complete or correct.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelishCue is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to restaurant decisions, incomplete menu information, service interruptions, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it, and nothing limits mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Changes to Terms

Updated Terms apply after posting or notice. Continued use of RelishCue means you accept the updated Terms.
